    Returns

    Anna Bella Jewels prides itself on the outstanding quality of our merchandise, we are confident that you will enjoy your purchase, But if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied, we provide a 30 day return/refund policy.
    
     If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order you may return it for a refund. All returns must be in original condition with no visible damage, and or wear to product. All returned items must be in original packaging with customer invoice, to assure proper credit.
    All returns are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.

    Cancellation

    Anna Bella Jewels is in the business of getting you your order quickly; with this being said, all cancellations must be done within a 24 hour period. Once an order is fulfilled we cannot make the cancel at this time. Please return the order once received, in original packaging, with customer invoice.
    We will credit your account. There will be a $5.00 processing fee; due to credit card processing that was done.



    Shipping

    All items are shipped through Priority mail from USPS.
    All shipments are sent from our NJ location within 48 hrs of order. We do not guarantee arrival times on priority mail shipping. Depending on location, most orders will arrive between 5-7 days.
    If you would like expedited shipping, we offer this service as an option during your check out.
